Dat was duidelijk een opleving van korte duur. Nu zijn we een aantal dagen verder en handelt de Bitcoin koers op 70.800 dollar. <\/p>\n<p>Nadat gisteren de producentenprijsindex (PPI) in de Verenigde Staten hoger uitviel dan <a href=\"https:\/\/newsbit.nl\/waarom-daalt-de-bitcoin-koers-opeens-zo-hard\/\">verwacht<\/a> kwam Bitcoin in een vrije val terecht. Het sluiten van de Straat van Hormuz beteken voorlopig dat de olieprijs rond de 100 dollar per vat hangt.<\/p>\n<p>Gisteren volgde een nieuwe klap, omdat bleek dat de producentenprijsindex (PPI), een belangrijke inflatiemeter in de Verenigde Staten, veel hoger uitviel dan verwacht. Het probleem? Die data ging nog over februari.<\/p>\n<p>Zelfs zonder het Iran-conflict was die inflatie dus al een stuk hoger. Daar moet de verhoogde olieprijs nog overheen. Die bracht de koers al tot ongeveer 71.500 dollar. Vervolgens kwam in de avond nog een redelijk <a href=\"https:\/\/newsbit.nl\/federal-reserve-laat-rente-ongewijzigd-bitcoin-reageert-verrassend\/\">strenge Amerikaanse centrale bank<\/a> om de hoek kijken.<\/p>\n<p>Zij maakten duidelijk dat we voorlopig niet op renteverlagingen hoeven te rekenen. Afgelopen week wist Bitcoin voor het eerst een weekslot boven het 200-weekse exponenti\u00eble koersgemiddelde te realiseren.<\/p>\n<p>Dat koersgemiddelde ligt momenteel op 68.357 dollar. Daar handelt Bitcoin met de koers van 70.852 dollar nog steeds boven.
