Maar nu krijgt het ook erkenning uit onverwachte hoek: het wereldwijde accountantskantoor PwC noemt <a href=\"https:\/\/newsbit.nl\/over-cryptocurrency\/wat-is-ripple\/\">Ripple<\/a> \u201ceen belangrijke financi\u00eble infrastructuur\u201d in een <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/SMQKEDQG\/status\/2008060712749535382\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">nieuw rapport<\/a>. Volgens de auteurs is het netwerk ideaal voor banken en fintechs die sneller en effici\u00ebnter internationale betalingen willen doen.<\/p>\n<p>Traditionele grensoverschrijdende transacties zijn vaak traag, duur en omslachtig. RippleNet lost dat op. Met het netwerk kunnen instellingen in seconden geld overmaken naar de andere kant van de wereld, en dat met minimale kosten. PwC ziet dat als meer dan een gimmick: het geeft XRP een tastbare functie die verder gaat dan speculatie.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-banken-omarmen-blockchain-en-ripple-profiteert\">Banken omarmen blockchain en Ripple profiteert<\/h2>\n<p>Wat het rapport extra interessant maakt, is de timing. PwC breidt zelf zijn cryptodiensten uit, nu Amerikaanse regels langzaam maar zeker duidelijker worden. Banken willen wel met blockchain werken, maar zoeken naar betrouwbare, schaalbare en wettelijk goedgekeurde oplossingen. Ripple voldoet aan al die eisen, stelt PwC.<\/p>\n<p>Volgens het rapport kan Ripple soepel integreren met bestaande bankinfrastructuur. Bekend analist SMQKE noemt het rapport van PwC een \u201cdoorbraakmoment\u201d voor Ripple.
