De AEX krabbelt woensdagmiddag weer op na de verliezen van dinsdag. De index staat licht hoger, geholpen door een paar zwaargewichten. Tegelijk blijft het gevoel broos. Beleggers kijken al vooruit naar een reeks momenten die de markt snel kunnen laten kantelen, van rentebesluiten in Europa tot nieuwe inflatiecijfers uit de Verenigde Staten.<\/p>\n

Shell trekt de AEX omhoog, Philips en Randstad remmen<\/h2>\n

In Amsterdam komt de steun vooral van Shell, dat duidelijk hoger staat. Ook KPN en Unilever zitten in de kopgroep. Chipbedrijven bewegen gemengd, maar blijven nadrukkelijk in beeld omdat zij vaak de richting bepalen op dagen met veel macrospanning.<\/p>\n

Aan de andere kant van het bord staan onder meer Philips en Wolters Kluwer lager. Randstad levert het meest in bij de grotere fondsen, net als IMCD. Adyen staat ook in de min, waardoor de winst in de index beperkt blijft.<\/p>\n

Buiten de hoofdindex valt OCI op met een stevige sprong. De reden is juridisch: de Vereniging van Effectenbezitters stapt naar de rechter om de plannen rond een fusie via een aandelenruil aan te vechten. Dat voedt speculatie dat de deal nog kan schuiven.<\/p>\n

Olie en geopolitiek zorgen voor extra ruis<\/h2>\n

Een belangrijk verhaal op de achtergrond is olie. Na een flinke daling dinsdag veert de olieprijs vandaag weer op. De markt reageert op oplopende spanningen rond Venezuela, nadat Trump een harde lijn aankondigde tegen gesanctioneerde olietankers. Voor oliebedrijven werkt dat direct door, en dat zie je terug bij Shell.<\/p>\n

Toch is de oliebeweging grillig. Beleggers wegen tegelijk hoop op de-escalatie rond Rusland en Oekra\u00efne tegen signalen van overaanbod. Dat maakt de markt gevoelig voor koppen en uitspraken, met snelle tikken omhoog en omlaag.<\/p>\n

Europa en VS kijken naar rente, arbeidsmarkt en CPI<\/h2>\n

In Europa is de stemming overwegend positief. In het Verenigd Koninkrijk zakten inflatiecijfers<\/a> onverwacht scherp, wat de kans op een renteverlaging door de Bank of England vergroot. Dat werkt door op de obligatiemarkt, waar rentes dalen.<\/p>\n

In Duitsland verslechterde het ondernemersvertrouwen licht. Het is geen grote schok, maar het past in het beeld van een economie die moeite heeft om echt vaart te maken.<\/p>\n

In de Verenigde Staten wijzen de futures op een voorzichtige plus. Beleggers verwerken de nieuwste arbeidsmarktcijfers, die een gemengd beeld lieten zien. De werkloosheid<\/a> liep op naar het hoogste niveau sinds 2021, terwijl er in november juist weer banen bijkwamen. Later vandaag spreken ook belangrijke centrale bankiers van de Federal Reserve (Fed<\/a>). Donderdag volgt de CPI, het inflatiecijfer waar de markt deze week het meest zenuwachtig van wordt.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
