Dat is fucking crazy! Dit is echt anders dan in 2024, toen ze 22,6 miljard ophaalden, bijna allemaal met gewone aandelen en converteerbare schuld. Wat een gezeik.<\/p>\n<p>Die preferente aandelen zijn nieuw in 2025, een vette manier om aan geld te komen. Maar wat is die kutzooi nou precies?<\/p>\n<p>Het is een soort aandelen waarmee je voorrang krijgt als er winst wordt verdeeld of als het bedrijf failliet gaat. In tegenstelling tot gewone aandelen, mag je niet stemmen, maar krijg je wel een vaste dividenduitkering. Dus ideaal voor investeerders die zekerheid willen. Strategy pakt zo geld zonder dat de normale aandelen minder waard worden. Te gek!<\/p>\n<p>Strategy heeft kapital opgehaald via de volgende preferente aandelen, elk met een ander stickertje: 1,18 miljard dollar in STRF, 2,68 miljard dollar in STRC, 0,71 miljard dollar in STRE, 1,25 miljard dollar in STRK en 1,07 dollar miljard in STRD. Dikke winst gast!<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gericht op Bitcoin en institutionele beleggers<\/h2>\n<p>Strategy is met ongeveer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.strategy.com\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">650 duizend<\/a> BTC op de balans de grootste institutionele Bitcoin holder ter wereld. Jezus Christus, ze gebruiken de kapitaalmarkten actief om meer Bitcoin (BTC) in te slaan. Aangevoerd door Bitcoin-junk Michael Saylor, die guy is echt de eerste onder de bedrijven wat betreft het kopen van Bitcoin.
