Een nobel streven, ware het niet dat het de cryptomarkt dreigde te wurgen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>De IRS heeft nu twee richtlijnen gepubliceerd, Notice <a href=\"https:\/\/www.irs.gov\/pub\/irs-drop\/n-25-46.pdf\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">2025-46<\/a> en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.irs.gov\/pub\/irs-drop\/n-25-49.pdf\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">2025-49<\/a>, die voorlopig duidelijkheid scheppen. Ze stellen categorisch dat CAMT geen rekening houdt met de volatiliteit van digitale activa, zolang er geen verkoop plaatsvindt. Simpel. Helder. Eindelijk.<\/p>\n<p>Dit be\u00ebindigt maanden van complete onzekerheid die accountants en bedrijven in hun greep hield. Boekwinsten op crypto zouden belast worden? Belachelijk! De nieuwe richtlijn maakt alles kristalhelder: alleen gerealiseerde winsten tellen.
